ICWatch
This video gives an overview of “ICWatch”, a project by Transparency Toolkit. The project collects and analyses the public resumes of people working in the intelligence community. On public platforms like LinkedIn, people working for intelligence contractors, the military, and intelligence agencies mention secret codewords and surveillance programs when explaining their skills and employment history. By analysing LinkedIn, ICWatch has been able to collect over 27,000 (initially, currently more) resumes and has made them searchable through its search software.
